  • Products shown online may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued without notice.
  • Manufacturing lead time: Average of 2 working days for customized items; may extend to 3–4 days based on quantity, size, delivery location, and stock.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days post-dispatch, depending on pincode.
  • Prices and services are listed in INR and valid only within India.
  • Display accessories (e.g., electronics, décor) shown in product images are not included in the purchase.

🔖 Sales Items

  • Sale item orders cannot be canceled.
  • All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
  • No price adjustments for prior purchases.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations for custom-made or custom-cut items are only accepted within 5 hours of order placement.
  • No cancellations for:
    • Custom-made
    • Custom-finished
    • Custom artwork or personalized products (e.g., custom names/text)
  • All purchases are made to order and become non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.
