Courier Partners

We partner only with reliable and reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, Craftscy is not liable for any delays caused by external factors beyond our control. We will always strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided in your order confirmation.

In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to reasons such as poor courier service in your area, inaccessibility, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), we will inform you promptly and issue a complete refund.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • For most locations:
    Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • For Bangalore locations:
    Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 1–2 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time before shipment.
  • If your payment has already been processed, we will initiate a refund immediately after cancellation, subject to standard bank transaction charges.
  • Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Products Missing in the Order

We understand that receiving an incomplete order can be frustrating, and we are here to assist you.

If an item is missing from your order:

  1. Please share an unboxing video of the package with us.
    This helps us verify the issue accurately.
  2. All orders go through three levels of quality checks before dispatch, and we maintain photo/video proof of the packed items.
  3. If any item goes out of stock, we inform customers before dispatch and issue a refund or credit note accordingly.

Important:

  • If the package appears damaged on delivery, please do not accept it.
  • If you do accept it, kindly record an unboxing video before opening it.
    This ensures transparency in resolving any discrepancies.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may limit our ability to assist with claims.
